TIPS ON TRAVELING TO THE ISLAND:
Most people arrive via the Cancun
International Airport and take a cab or bus to Puerto Grande
or Puerto Juarez. You will need to get from either ferry dock
to the ferry dock on Isla Mujeres. Please contact Casa del
Sid Condos for transportation before arrival.
*Tip: If you arrive any other way,
just get to one of the ports. Take a bus or a cab which is
a short drive. If you're not taking a car to the island, and
you shouldn’t have to unless you live there, take a cab to
Puerto Grande or Puerto Juárez. These are two express
services currently serving the island. Detailed schedules

*Tip: If you are traveling with
pets, your best bet is to take the Ultra-Mar ferry from Puerto
Grande. No animals are allowed on the Puerto Juarez boats.
If you are coming by car, you'll want to head a little further
north about 5 miles to Punta Sam to find the car ferry. Crossing
times and prices can also be found in the Planning for Isla
section on the website http://www.MyIsla.com
*Tip: If you are already in Cancun,
the best way to get to the island is to hop in a taxi and
go directly to Puerto Grande or Puerto Juarez, however, there
are other boats that can bring you here from the hotel zone.
